RimyWheels provides auto insurance guidance, quote comparisons and explanations of coverage terms. Nothing on this site is an insurance policy, a binder or an offer of coverage, and no protection begins until a policy is issued by a licensed carrier and confirmed in writing.

Content published here is general in nature and does not amount to legal, financial or tax advice.

This site is intended for United States residents aged 18 or older who hold the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Submitting a request confirms that both conditions are met.

An account may be created to keep quotes and coverage selections in one place. Account credentials must be kept private, and the account holder remains responsible for activity carried out under those credentials.

Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly so the account can be secured.

Quotes depend entirely on the accuracy of what is submitted. Vehicle details, yearly mileage, licensed drivers, parking location and claim history all shape the figures produced.

Details that turn out to be inaccurate or incomplete may change a quote, delay a policy, or affect how a claim is handled by the carrier.

Quotes are estimates based on the details supplied and the terms offered by carriers at the time. They are not guaranteed and may change after underwriting review, verification of driving records, or a change in carrier terms.

Final coverage, limits, deductibles, exclusions and pricing are set by the issuing carrier in the policy documents, which take precedence over anything described on this site.

Submitting a request through this site constitutes agreement to receive communications electronically about that request. Optional permissions selected during signup govern service related text messages and marketing text messages separately.

Replying STOP ends further messages of that type, and replying HELP returns assistance information. Standard message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.

Access to this site is granted for personal, lawful use only. The following activities are not permitted.

• Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Requesting quotes on behalf of another person without authority to do so.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems or data belonging to others.
• Using automated tools to scrape, copy or overload any part of the site.
• Interfering with site security, availability or normal operation.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this site, these terms, or communications received through this service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either side may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

Arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable consumer rules, and the arbitrator's decision may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.

Disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Class actions, consolidated proceedings and representative actions are waived to the extent permitted by law. Anyone who does not wish to be bound by this arbitration agreement may opt out by sending written notice through the contact details listed at the end of these terms within a reasonable period after first accepting these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where arbitration does not apply, the courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction.

These terms may be revised as the service, technology or legal requirements change. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after a revision indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Access to the site or to an account may be suspended or ended where these terms are breached, where submitted information appears fraudulent, or where continued access would create a security risk. Sections covering liability, indemnification and arbitration survive termination.
