Information submitted through a quote request is processed on the basis of the request itself. Text message and marketing communications are processed on the basis of the permissions selected during signup, which are optional and independent of one another.

Declining marketing permissions does not affect the ability to request a quote or receive coverage information.

Text message permissions given during signup can be withdrawn at any time. Replying STOP to a message ends further messages of that type, and replying HELP returns assistance information. Standard message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.

Email preferences can be adjusted by using the unsubscribe option included in marketing emails or by sending a request through the contact details listed at the end of this policy.
